We meet at a lodge at Victoria Falls and head south to Palapye, Botswana. Continuing to Drift Martin, where we spend the night. The next day of travel, we drive to South Africa, where the tour ends in Johannesburg. For more information, please see the following tour plan.

Travel Day 1.  Victoria Falls - Palapye - Martinsdrift

Today we start at 6:00 clock from a lodge at Victoria Falls in the direction of Palapye in Botswana. After a short stay, we then head further south to the border town of Martinsdrift. Once there, we pitch our tents at a popular campsite. For dinner, we can provide a typical South African braai (BBQ) *!

Travel Day 2. Martinsdrift to Johannesburg


On Travel Day 2 we start getting on the road at 6:00 am. The South African roads are well maintained and therefore, we expect a relatively early arrival in Johannesburg. It is not recommended, however, to book any flights too close to the estimated time of arrival as every safari is unpredictable.
