Travel Day 1 - Cape Town towards Cederberg Mountains
From Cape Town, we take photo stop at the famous Bloubergstrand to enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of Table Mountain. Our safari continues to the Cederberg region, where we take our guided tour with a knowledgeable tour guide after we have built up our tents. On our hike through the Cederberg, we learn more about the local flora and fauna and visit rock paintings of the Bushmen.

Travel Day 2 - Namaqualand - Gariep (Orange) River
Early in the morning our tour takes us to the north towards the city Springbok, known for its diamonds - and copper deposits, but as the name suggests also known for its animal resources. Especially during the spring, you will be able to admire the vast flowers carpets. We set up camp near the Namibian border. Our tent camp is located along the river, which forms the border between Namibia and South Africa. When the river has no strong current, you can also take a swim.

Travel Day 3 - Namibia - Gariep (Orange) River - Fish River Canyon
Early in the morning you have the opportunity to explore the river with a canoe or stay at the camp to relax. After lunch, we drive towards the border and visit the famous Fish River Canyon. After walking along the edge of the canyon, we enjoy our dinner while we watch the sun set behind the horizon. Optional Activities: Half-day canoe trip.

Travel Day 4 - Namib-Naukluft National Park
We continue to the Namib-Naukluft National Park and where we will set up our tents. Afterwards, we take a short hike in the Sesriem Canyon. In the evening, you will see a sky full of stars - sensational! The Milky Way will seem like just a minute away and with luck you will also see shooting stars. Another feature of the area is the persistent silence of the Namib desert, interrupted only occasionally by the sounds of a gecko, lizard or the howling of jackals.

Travel Day 5 - Sossusvlei Dunes - Namib-Naukluft National Park
This morning we get up very early in preparation for a desert hike. We visit dune 45 at sunrise which makes more stunning photos. Later, we meet a desert expert who will explain the flora and fauna of this unique ecosystem. He will explain how the Bushman has survived in this region and the survival tactics he developed throughout the years.

Travel Day 6 - Swakopmund
Today, we drive the Tropic of Capricorn and continue to the holiday town of Swakopmund on the Atlantic Ocean. With luck, we will be able to observe flamingos in the lagoon of Walvis Bay before we visit Swakopmund. Here you will be able to partake in many optional activities. Before dinner, we explore the city and find a local restaurant where ywe can try local specialties. The visit of the restaurant is not included in the tour price!

Travel Day 7 - Swakopmund
On the 7th day of travel, you can relax or partake in activities on your own: Quadbking in the dunes or tandem skydiving. There are many more activities to choose frm. You can explore the city, do some shopping and have lunch at one of the restaurants. All activities of the day are not included in the price.

Travel Day 8 Spitzkoppe
We leave the Atlantic Ccean and continue towards the Spitzkoppe. The enormous limestone monoliths dominate the flat landscape. We will set up camp in the wilderness at the foot of the mountains. In the afternoon, we take a walk and admire the rock paintings as well as the unique rock and mountain formations. The fit can also decide to climb the mountain. At the top you have breathtaking panoramic views of the unique landscape of Spitzkoppe. Especially for all amateur photographers, this is a special opportunity to photograph beautiful pictures.

Travel Day 9 - Himba Visit
Early in the morning we continue north towards Kamanjab. Today we will experience the life of a Himba tribe. The Himba are people mainly breeding cattle and goats. Due to the unique style of clothing, they are easily identifiable. The Himba people are anxious to defend the roots of their culture, but also very curious to meet people from all over the world. Before photographing the Himba, you should politely ask, because they are very proud people.

Travel Day 10/11 -Etosha National Park
Etosha National Park will bring you close to the wildlife of Africa. The sparse landscape allows you to see many wild animals. Since our safari vehicles are elevated, you can also observe big cats and small wild animals from a premium position. During the evening, we will also be going on another game drive at the waterholes where you might see the Big 5 of Africa. You can book an additional night safari, which is, however, not included in the tour price.

Travel Day 12 - Windhoek
In the morning, we have a game drive after which we continue to Windhoek - the capital of Namibia. On the way, we stop at a craft market, where one can buy handcrafted African art. The City of Windhoek is not only the capital but also the social, economic and cultural center of Namibia. When we have arrived in Windhoek, we take a short city tour. We visit Joe's Beer House at the edge of the center, where we can order the biggest steak in the country, but also Kudu and ostrich steaks. The food is not included in the tour price.

Travel Day 13 - Botswana Tour - Ghanzi
Early in the morning, we continue to cross the border into Botswana and head towards Ghanzi. Having set up our camp, we will be meeting with a local Bushman (San). We all seen how some of the traditional tribal leaders perform an African dance. We will also visit traditional Bushman huts. For a little extra cash you can also enter the bush huts, which makes more some interesting pictures.

Travel Day 14 - Ghanzi towards Maun
Our tour takes us from Ghanzi towards Maun. Maun is our gateway to the Okavango Delta, which is with its 20,000 square miles the largest and most diverse wetland in Africa. Even the flora is extensive with 1,300 plant species. In the afternoon we will prepare for a game drive. A crododile farm can also be visited, which however, is not included in the tour price.

Travel Day 15/16 - Maun - Exploration of the Okavango Delta
In the morning we change the vehicles to a large 4x4 truck, which we will use to drive into the Okovango Delta. If the area is flooded, we will also use a boat if necessary. At the base, we will meet local people who explain the flora and fauna. We spend two nights in the wilderness, where we also set up our camp. If possible, we will also have a short hike, where you will see many wild animals. You can also pay to be part of a sightseeing flight over the Delta - if time permits!

Travel Day 17 - Gweta
We leave the Delta and continue towards Planet Baobab. Here we explore the bush around our Safari Camp. From the lounge by the pool, you have a wonderful view of the surroundings including the most ancient baobab trees.

Travel Day 18 - Botswana - Chobe National Park
Our tour reaches Chobe National Park, where we will have a river cruise and experience the sunset. The wild animals are best observed from the Chobe River. Elephants, hippos, crocodiles, eland and many other wild animals can be observed. Here all lovers of wildlife photography will have the time of their lives.

Travel Day 19 - Zimbabwe - Victoria Falls
When we arrive at Victoria Falls, you will have time to plan activities and to experience new adventures. Then, we will visit the largest waterfalls in Africa and admire the hiss and roar of the mighty Zambezi River. In the evening, the entire safari group will have the final meal. The dinner, a Chobe Game Drive, Sunset Cruise, Whitewater rafting, bungee jump, helicopter flights, elephant excursion run, with a lion or horse riding are not included in the tour price.

Travel Day 20 - Victoria Falls
The camping safari ends after breakfast. Many of our groups to spend the rest of the day participating in various activities such as: bungee jumping or whitewater rafting. An unforgettable experience! The Victoria Falls offer much variety and alternatives, like a walk with the lions or a bungee jump from a bridge arch, which connects Zimbabwe to Zambia. White Water Rafting, Bungee Jump, Elephant riding, walk with lions, horseback riding, dinner or helicopter flights are not included in the price!
