Travel Day 1- Cederberg Mountain Region
The tour starts in Cape Town and travel towards Blougbergstrand where you will enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of Table Mountain. The safari tour continues to the Cederberg region, where we take a guided tour with a knowledgeable guide, after we have built up our tents. On the hike through the Cederberg, we learn more about the local flora and fauna as well as visit rock paintings made the bushmen thousands of years ago.

Travel Day 2 - Namaqualand - Gariep (Orange) River
Early in the morning our tour continues towards the town Springbok, known for its diamonds and copper deposits - but as the name reveals also its animal resources. We set up camp on the Namibian border. Our tent camp is located along the river, which forms the border between Namibia and South Africa.

Travel Day 3 - Namibia - Gariep River - Fish River Canyon
Early in the morning you have the opportunity to explore the river valley by canoe* or relax at the camp. After lunch, we drive towards the border and visit the famous Fish River Canyon. After walking along the edge of the canyon, we enjoy dinner while we watch the sun set in the background.

Travel Day 4 - Namib-Naukluft-National Park We continue to the Namib-Naukluft National Park and set up the tents. We then take a short hike in the Sesriem Canyon. This evening you will see a night-sky full of stars. The Milky Way seems just a minute away and with luck we'll see a few shooting stars. Another feature is persistent silence of the Namib desert, interrupted only occasionally by jackals, who hunt during the night. breakfast, lunch, dinner |

Travel Day 5 - Sossusvlei Dunes- Namib-Naukluft-National Park
This morning we get up very early in preparation of a desert hike. We visit dune 45 at sunrise. Later, we meet a desert expert who will explain the flora and fauna of this unique ecosystem. He will explain how the Bushman has survived in this region and the survival tactics they developed over the years.

Travel Day 6 - Swakopmund We drive towards the Tropic of Capricorn after which we continue to the holiday town of Swakopmund on the Atlantic Ocean. With luck, be able to observe flamingos in the lagoon of Walvis Bay, Swakopmund before we visit. They will give you many tips and hints for optional activities, where you can participate in lust. Travel Day 7 - Swakopmund
We will relax today and you can participate in many optional activities that are being offered offered*: quadbking in the dunes or tandem skydiving or just one example. We will also visit the shops in Swakopmund and enjoy a leisurely lunch.

Travel Day 8 - Spitzkoppe
We leave Swakopmuch and continue the tour through arid landscapes in the mountains of Spitzkoppe. The enormous limestone monoliths dominate the flat landscape. Our tent camp is set up in the wilderness at the foot of the mountains. In the afternoon, we take a walk and admire San rock paintings and the unique rock and mountain formations. The adventurers can also decide to hike up on of the mountain. At the top you have breathtaking panoramic views of the unique landscape of Spitzkoppe.

Travel Day 9 - Himba Besuch
Early in the morning, we continue north towards Kamanjab. We will experience the life of a Himba tribe. The Himba are known to breed cattle and goats. Due to the unique style of clothing, they are easily identifiable. The root of the Himba people are anxious to defend the roots of their culture, but also very curious to meet people from all over the world.

Travel Day 10/11 - Etosha National Park The Etosha National Park will bring you closer to the wildlife in Africa. Since our safari track is elevated, you have a greater chance to see more animals. In the evening, we will visit several water holes where we will have more luck spotting the Big 5 of Africa. Travel Day 12 - Windhoek In the morning, we go on safari tour and then stop in Windhoek, which is the capital of Namibia. On the way there, we stop at a craft market, where one can buy handcrafted African art. The City of Windhoek is not only the capital but also the social, economic and cultural center of Namibia. When we arrive in Windhoek, we take a short tour of the city. Travel Day 13 - Botswana Tour - Ghanzi In the early morning, we continue to cross the border into Botswana and head towards Ghanzi. Having set up after our safari camp, we will be meeting with a local San and visit traditional bushman huts. breakfast, lunch, dinner |

Travel Day 14 - Ghanzi towards Maun Our tour takes us from Ghanzi towards Maun. Maun is our gateway to the Okavango Delta, which is with its 20,000 square miles the largest and most diverse wetland in Africa. In the afternoon we will prepare for our great safari. You can also decide to visit a crocodile farm, which is, however, not included in the tour price. breakfast, lunch, dinner |

Travel Day 15/16 - Maun: Okavango Delta In the morning we change the vehicle to a large 4x4 truck, which transports us safely into the Delta. In flood times, we can also use a boat. Local guides will explain the flora and fauna. We spend two nights in the wilderness where we also set up camp. If the water level is high enough, we will also have a traditional canoe (Mokoro) trip in the delta. In a bush walk, we hope to see many wild animals. Travel Day 17 - Gweta
Today, we leave the Delta and continue with our safari east towards Planet Baobab. Here we explore the bush around our Safari Camp. From the lounge by the pool, you have a wonderful view of the environment with the most ancient baobab trees.

Travel Day 18 - Botswana - Chobe National Park
Our tour continues towards Chobe National Park, where we will be participating in a river cruise and experience a sunset: This is how wild animals are best observed from the Chobe River. Elephants, hippos, crocodiles, eland and many other wild animals may be observed.

Travel Day 19 - Zimbabwe: Victoria Falls When we arrive at Victoria Falls we have enough time to plan activities for the next two days. Then we will visit the largest waterfalls in Africa and admire the hiss and roar of the mighty Zambezi River. The dinner, the Chobe Game Drive, Sunset Cruise, Whitewater rafting, bungee jump, helicopter flights, elephant excursion run, walking with lions or horse riding are not included in the tour price. *optional activities at additional cost: dinner at a local restaurant breakfast, lunch |

Travel Day 20/21 - Victoria Falls Many of our groups will spend the day by bungee jumping or whitewater rafting: An unforgettable experience! Other activities include elephant riding, walk with lions, horseback riding, dinner or helicopter flights. Travel Day 22 - Zambia: Livingstone & Zambezi River
Today, we drive through the historic railway bridge at Victoria Falls. The bridge connects Zimbabwe and Zambia and has been operating since 1905. In Zambia, more passengers will be joining our group before we travel a long distance back to our camp.

Travel Day 23 - Lower Zambezi National Park
In the early morning, we have a canoe trip in the Lower Zambezi National Park. On this tour, we take only a small part of the necessary equipment and set up our bush camp on an island. There we are surrounded by many wild animals. Away from civilization, you can prepare yourself for a unique experience.

Travel Day 24 - Lower Zambezi National Park
On the second day, we continue to paddle downstream on the Zambezi River and enjoy the beautiful scenery and wildlife. If this isn't possible due to high water levels or to extreme temperatures, the trip will take place on a houseboat on Lake Kariba.

Travel Day 25 - Zimbabwe: Chinhoyi Caves
On the 25th travel day, the tour continues from the Lower Zambezi National Park back to the truck. From there, we cross the Chirundu border to Zimbabwe. After a short drive we reach the Chinhoyi Caves, the largest publicly accessible cave system in Zimbabwe. breakfast, lunch, dinner |

Travel Day 26 - Harare and Chimanimani National Park
The tour takes us further into the capital of Zimbabwe, Harare. We will have lunch, have time for shopping and exploring the city. Despite a host of negative press, you will be surprised by this safe and modern city. We leave Harare towards the Eastern Highlands and the Chimanimani National Park. The mountain, which separates Zimbabwe from Mozambique, is ideal for light hiking surrounded by a spectacular landscape. Time permitting, we will visit the famous Bridal Veil Falls.

Travel Day 27 - Chirnida Forest
Today, you can either use the day for a walking tour in the Chimanimani National Park or take a day trip in the Chirinda forest in Zimbabwe. The southern rain forest in Africa, home to some of the spectacular large mahogany trees. After the hike to these "big giants", you should treat yourself to a picnic!

Travel Day 28 - Great Zimbabwe Ruins
During our tour, we will visit the world famous Great Zimbabwe ruins. The still well-preserved ruins built around the 11th Century were built without mortar. The up to 5 meter high walls are a source of much speculation and disagreement over the years. This place was once the home of 8-carved Zimbabwe Birds, whose image can still be found on the national flag of Zimbabwe. breakfast, lunch, dinner |

Travel Day 29 - Gweru & Antelope Park
This morning, we travel to Gweru and the Antelope Park where we get to see the African Lion Environmental Research Trust and the world's first lion rehabilitation & release program. Upon arrival, we can relax for the first time before you can participate in one of the many optional activities being offered. In addition to the lion program, there are also elephant riding, canoeing, fishing and a marketplace where crafts are sold.

Travel Day 30 - Gweru & Antelope Park
On the second day in the Antelope Park, we can enjoy most of what is offered here. This is a great opportunity to spend a little time with Africa's wildlife. Travel Day 31 - Matobo Nationalpark and Bulawayo
On the 31st day of travel, we continue our journey to Bulawayo and the Matobo National Park where we visit the grave of Cecil John Rhodes, who played a significant role in the history of Zimbabwe. In Matobo National Park, we embark on a game drive, on which you will also visit a great breeding program of pointed and white rhinos. For dinner, you will find a huge variety of restaurants in Bulawayo.

Travel Day 32 - South Africa: Bulawayo towards Musina
Today we visit the Historical Museum in Bulawayo before we leave the city towards South Africa. In Buitbridge we will cross the border. In Musina, just across the border in South Africa, we set up camp for the night.

Travel Day 33 - Johannesburg
